Customized Travel Planning: Let’s get away!
Thoughtfully designed travel experiences - from cruises to custom trips - built around how you want to feel.
What I do
While cruising is my specialty — and one of the most seamless, enjoyable ways to travel — it’s not the only way I help my clients explore the world.
I design:
River and ocean cruises
Custom trips across Europe and beyond
Group travel experiences
Getaways tailored to your pace, preferences, and priorities
Because the goal isn’t just to go somewhere.
It’s to create an experience that actually feels right for you.
Who I Work With
Based in Albany, NY, I serve clients nationwide. My clients are:
Couples planning a romantic getaway
Friends organizing a custom group adventure
Multi-generational families
Solo travelers looking to break out of their comfort zone
Affinity groups planning themed trips or cruises
Working with me is right for you if:
You know you want to travel, but don’t want to piece everything together yourself
You’re tired of second-guessing decisions or sorting through endless options
You want something thoughtful, well-designed, and easy to move through
You value having someone guide you — not just send you links
What It’s Like to Work with Me
As your curated travel advisor, I offer a more thoughtful way to travel:
Step 1: We start with clarity - We define where you’re going, what matters to you, and how you want this trip to feel.
Step 2: I curate your options - You receive carefully selected options, not overwhelming lists. All catered to you and your desires.
Step 3: I handle the details - From logistics to booking, I manage it all and create a seamless itinerary that you’ll take with you as a resource on your trip (I have an app for that!)
Step 4: You enjoy your vacation - No stress. No second guessing, just something to look forward to. And, if something goes wrong, I’ve got your back.
Travel should feel effortless. My role is to make it that way. I take away all the stress of planning, so you can kick your feet back and relax.

Why work with a travel planner?
Travel today comes with endless options — destinations, cruise lines, resorts, itineraries, and booking platforms. While it’s easy to click “book now,” it’s much harder to know if you’re choosing the right experience for you.
Working with a professional travel planner means having an experienced guide who helps you:
• Clarify your priorities and travel style
• Narrow overwhelming options into thoughtful recommendations
• Avoid costly mistakes and mismatched itineraries
• Coordinate complex details for couples, families, or groups
• Access preferred partner perks and insider insight
• Feel supported before and during your trip
Travel should feel exciting — not stressful. My role is to simplify the process, elevate the experience, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision.
A note about planning fees
For many trips, I charge a planning fee (starting at $100). Planning fees aren’t about piling on costs to you; planning fees ensure a better experience for you.
Travel advisors are traditionally paid on commission. Suppliers like hotels, experiences, and cruise lines build these fees into their pricing (you actually pay for them whether you use an advisor or not). In some cases, though, there will be elements of a trip - or an entire trip - that might be right for you, but do not offer commission. Additionally, planning fees also serve as compensation for the time spent researching your travel options. So, charging a planning fee is a part of how I:
Take the time to truly understand what you’re looking for
Curate thoughtful, personalized options (not generic recommendations)
Focus on quality over quantity
Provide guidance that’s aligned, not rushed
Make decisions based on what is truly right for you and your trip - not what pays the highest commission.
You’re not paying for a transaction; you’re investing in a well-designed experience from the very beginning.
Planning fees vary depending on the complexity of your trip and are applied toward the time, care, and expertise that goes into planning it well. They are charged
