By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

1. General Provisions & Risk Acknowledgment

• Acceptance of Terms: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Experiences by Becky.

• Services Offered: Experiences by Becky offers professional services in Dating Coaching, Event Planning, and Travel Advising.

• Assumption of Risk and Safety: By engaging in any service offered by Experiences by Becky (including coaching, events, and travel), you acknowledge and agree that you participate entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your personal safety, welfare, and conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, interactions with other participants, third-party vendors, or during travel activities.

• Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested and to cooperate fully with Becky and her team in the provision of the services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership of Content: All content on the website, social media channels, and all materials provided to you (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, coaching manuals, event design concepts, itineraries, and service methodologies) are the exclusive property of Experiences by Becky or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials and content provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use related to the services you have purchased.

• Prohibited Use: You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from Experiences by Becky without our express written permission. This prohibition includes sharing proprietary coaching materials or event planning documentation with third parties.

3. Dating Coaching & Singles' Services

These services involve professional guidance, advice, and support related to interpersonal relationships, dating strategies, and participation in singles' events and mixers.

• Disclaimer on Outcomes (Relationships): Experiences by Becky offers coaching and provides opportunities for meeting others. We do not guarantee that you will meet a partner, enter into a relationship, or achieve any specific dating or relationship outcome.

• Conduct and Safety at Singles' Events:

  • You are responsible for exercising your own judgment when interacting with other participants.

  • Experiences by Becky does not perform background checks on event participants and is not responsible for the actions or behavior of any individual you meet through our services.

  • You participate in all singles' events, activities, and subsequent dates at your own risk.

• Confidentiality: All personal information and discussions during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, subject to legal requirements.

• Limitation of Liability (Coaching): You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice. We are not liable for any actions you take based on the advice given.

4. Event Planning Services

The Event Planning services involve coordinating, managing, and executing various events.

• Vendor and Third-Party Contracts: We act as your agent in securing vendors (e.g., caterers, venues). All agreements and liabilities between you and these third parties are solely between you and the vendor. We are not liable for their negligence or failure to perform.

• Liability for Damages and Injuries: We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that occurs during the event, unless directly and solely caused by our gross negligence. You acknowledge that you assume the inherent risks of participating in any event or activity.

• Force Majeure (Events): We are not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Travel Advising Services

The Travel Advising services involve recommending and booking travel components.

• Third-Party Travel Providers: We act as an advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). These suppliers are solely responsible for providing the booked services. Your recourse for service failures is against the specific provider.

• Travel Risks and Personal Responsibility: You are fully aware that travel... may involve inherent risks, and by booking with us, you voluntarily accept all such risks. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by the acts of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

• Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements: You are solely responsible for ensuring you comply with all entry/exit requirements for your destination(s).

• Insurance (Travel): We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

• Payment Terms: All fees are due as specified in your personalized Service Agreement or Invoice.

• Refund Policy: All deposits, retainers, and fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or a certain milestone has been reached, as specified in your specific service agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Experiences by Becky, its employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the services; (b) any breach by you of these Terms; or (c) any injury or damage to you or a third party arising from your participation in a service or event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York State.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
